Howard RV Center in Wilmington-NC, receives a year end final score of 96.4%, considered EXCEPTIONAL, by Newmar Corporation, for surveys of Warranty Customer Service completed Jan. 1, 2009 through Dec. 31, 2009. Surveys are done through TELCARE, and independent research firm, for Newmar Corp.
Howard RV Center has also achieved Newmar's Highest Customer Service Award in 2003, 2004, 2005, 2006, 2007.
