1. RV SALES DIVISION-There are many key positions to our RV Sale department.Representatives help customers with their decision on their purchase of new and used RV's. F&I (Finance & Insurance) helps customers with the finance, paperwork, and closing of their purchase. Our (part time) Lot Helpers assist the sales reps. with moving units, keeping the lot straight, and locking & unlocking RVs.
2. PARTS STORE-We have the largest RV parts and accessories store in south eastern North Carolina. Sales Clerks will be required to operate an IDS/Windows based inventory control and point of sale system.
3. MAINTENANCE-Detailers and Maintenance are very important to our business, if the coaches don't look good, we don't look good. We pride our selves on clean interiors and exteriors of our RV's. Washing, waxing, carpet cleaning, vacuuming, and other general clean-up of the lot and inventory are all part of this position.
4. SERVICE-Our Service Department is the key to our success. This is what keeps our customers coming back again and again. Every position important, PDI (Pre-Delivery Inspector) checks the coaches as they come in and before they go out, Repair technicians are factory trained and make sure that it is repaired right and to factory standards, Drivers move coaches around for shows and to our sublets, Writers make sure all the paper work is complete and billed-out correctly.
5. OFFICE/ADMINISTRATION: This is the department that keeps everything running smoothly. Accounting involves data entry into a windows based software system. Title clerk handles all the DMV(Dept. of Motor Vehicles) paperwork. Receptionist/Sales secretary is the key communication link throughout the dealership.
