Howard RV Center is aware that non-public personal information of its customers and business associations is confidential. Accordingly, we do not collect or share non-public personal information except as explained below or if compelled by law.Non-public personal information is any personally identifiable information about you that we obtain from you or others as part of your purchase from us of a financial product, such as an RV loan. In order to deliver financial products and services of value to you, we may gather and exchange such information about you from you or from outside organizations. Non-public personal information collected may include your name, address, birth date, and details of any financial transactions. We limit the collection and use of such customer information to the minimum required to deliver superior service to our customers.
We may collect and exchange

IV) information from a consumer reporting agency.

a result of verifying customer information
VI) Bureaus of Motor Vehicles, fraud reporting agencies, claims
index bureaus, current and prior insurers and/or finance companies.
Otherwise, we do not disclose any of the collected information to any outside organizations except to providers of product and service fulfillment, or as otherwise required by law. Whenever we hire other organizations to provide support services, we require them to conform to our privacy standards.

Include your Full name, address, & phone number. Please allow six to eight weeks for the suppression of your name from our mail and phone lists to become effective.
